<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Ma molte donne cercano davvero di contrastare l’inestetismo della cellulite per tutto l’anno, riuscendo in realtà ad ottenere ben poco risultato.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Come mai accade questo? Sicuramente <b>la sedentarietà</b> è uno dei fattori nemici di questo problema: molte ore sedute, peggiorano la circolazione sanguigna nelle zone dove la cellulite maggiormente si accumula e non favoriscono il problema.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Svolgere un’adeguata e mirata attività fisica, strutturata “ad hoc” per il problema, può certamente far ottenere grandi miglioramenti. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Con persone scarsamente propense al movimento, magari donne di mezza età che non hanno mai fatto sport e che sono in forte sovrappeso, io consiglio prima di tutto di iniziare con <b>la camminata a passo sostenuto</b> fatta per un tempo prolungato di almeno 45 minuti e inserita regolarmente durante la settimana.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Sicuramente il <b>fattore genetico e ormonale</b> ha la sua importanza: la donna con tendenza a produrre estrogeni in eccesso è maggiormente soggetta alla cellulite e farà più fatica ad avere gambe snelle e toniche.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Ma quindi? Servirà un miracolo?</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Assolutamente no! Unendo all’attività fisica a <b>una corretta alimentazione e un’idratazione adeguata </b>possiamo avere davvero risultati significativi.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">A tavola le donne tendenti all’accumulo di cellulite dovranno sicuramente tenere alla larga il <b>nutriente maggiormente causa di tale infiammazione: lo zucchero!</b></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Questo terribile nemico della dieta infatti, aumenta molto l’azione dell’insulina che stimola l’infiammazione. Inoltre lo stimolo smisurato dell’insulina aumenterà il grasso corporeo che, se accumulato in gambe e glutei, peggiorerà il problema.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Niente prodotti da forno confezionati quindi, niente zucchero bianco nelle bevande (nemmeno lo zucchero di canna è la soluzione…), attenzione alla brioche a colazione e alle torte dopo i pranzi della domenica. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><b>Eliminati gli zuccheri, il problema sarà in parte contrastato!</b></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Quindi… colazioni salate al via! Le uova, care donne, dovrebbero diventare vostre amiche al mattino! Abbinatele alla frutta fresca (unica fonte raccomandabile di zucchero!), ad una fetta di pane di nero integrale e magari un velo di ricotta.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><b>Niente carni grasse e formaggi stagionati! </b></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Il quantitativo di grassi andrà sicuramente controllato nella dieta, evitando l’abuso di proteine animali, acidificanti e stimolanti dell’infiammazione.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><b>Preferite le proteine vegetali dei legumi, ottimi alleati della dieta anticellulite!</b></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><b>E via libera a frutta e verdura! </b>La frutta estiva è ricchissima d’acqua: meloni, angurie, ananas, fragole, ciliegie, albicocche, pesche… tutte scelte ottimali per puntare su un alimento dolce, senza esagerare con gli zuccheri raffinati.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">E le verdure drenanti? Abbondiamo di sedano in insalata, finocchi e limitiamo invece le solanacee: melanzane, pomodori, peperoni e patate stimolano leggermente le infiammazioni, meglio evitarle nella dieta detossinante e anticellulite!</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><b>Non sovraccaricate la cena!</b></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">L’introito energetico dovrebbe andare in andamento con la secrezione ormonale per mantenere un corretto metabolismo e favorire il mantenimento del peso corporeo, magari correggendo il sovrappeso, dove presente.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Quindi, puntiamo su colazione abbondante e teniamoci leggeri a cena!</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">E donne… un consiglio: amatevi! Questo sarà sempre il primo comandamento da mettere in pratica per stare bene davvero. Meglio qualche chilo e centimetro in più e qualche inestetismo cutaneo unito ad una buna dose di sorriso piuttosto che un umore triste e un desiderio di cambiamento fisico eccessivo, morboso e negativo per la salute!</span></p>

<div class="flex_column av_three_fifth  flex_column_div av-zero-column-padding   " style='border-radius:0px; '><p><section class="av_textblock_section "  itemscope="itemscope" itemtype="https://schema.org/BlogPosting" itemprop="blogPost" ><div class='avia_textblock  '   itemprop="text" ><p>L&#8217;attività fisica è un ottimo metodo per contrastare gli <strong>inestetismi</strong> della <strong>cellulite</strong>. Alcune scuole di pensiero ritengono che determinati sistemi di allenamento, causando un aumento dell’<strong>acido lattico</strong>, siano controproducenti per chi cerca di ridurre la massa cellulitica. In realtà non esiste nessuno studio che dimostri il fatto che l&#8217;acido lattico sia causa di cellulite.</p>
<p>Viceversa, sappiamo benissimo che alcuni dei parametri più importanti per la crescita muscolare sono l&#8217;intensità, il volume e più in generale lo stress da carico che induce i muscoli agli adattamenti. Rispettando questi parametri si finisce inevitabilmente per accumulare acido lattico durante l&#8217;allenamento.</p>
<p>In pratica, per non accumulare acido lattico dovremmo allenarci in maniera blanda, e ciò non produrrebbe nessun effetto allenante! Alla luce di queste considerazioni, per contrastare la cellulite si devono tonificare i muscoli allenandoli <strong>intensamente</strong>, al fine di favorire incrementi di massa magra e del metabolismo. L&#8217;allenamento in sala pesi deve necessariamente essere accompagnato da attività <strong>aerobica</strong> di intensità moderata, che favorisca lo smaltimento dell&#8217;acido lattico, la <strong>microcircolazione</strong> e <strong>l&#8217;ossigenazione</strong> dei tessuti.</p>
<p>Vediamo quindi come strutturare una seduta di training intelligente.</p>
<p>Iniziamo sempre da un esercizio di base che vada a stimolare <strong>glutei</strong> e <strong>quadricipiti</strong> (squat, leg press, affondi) per poi proseguire con gli esercizi complementari quali adductor machine per l’interno coscia e alzate della gamba laterali con delle cavigliere da 2-3 kg per la parte esterna della coscia. Questo ultimo esercizio può eventualmente essere sostituito dall’abductor machine, macchinario sempre presente in ogni palestra.</p>
<p>È fondamentale non parsimoniare <strong>sull’intensità</strong> e sull’ultilizzo dei <strong>carichi</strong> in quanto la corretta esecuzione degli esercizi unita ad un adeguato sforzo è molto più importante della durata dell’allenamento. Ricordiamoci che per raggiungere un risultato soddisfacente la <strong>qualità</strong> di un allenamento vince sempre sulla <strong>quantità</strong>. Quindi per ogni esercizio 3-4 serie da 12-15 ripetizioni con recuperi da 1 minuto. Se alla fine di ogni serie si possono svolgere tranquillamente altre ripetizioni significa che il carico è troppo basso e va subito aumentato.</p>
<p>Per quanto riguarda l&#8217;attività aerobica che va inserita dopo gli esercizi, la <strong>camminata veloce</strong> è preferibile alla corsa in quanto quest’ultima causa dei ripetuti impatti che di certo non favoriscono la microcircolazione e lo smaltimento di acido lattico accumulato durante lo sforzo.</p>
<p>Un allenamento di questo tipo va inserito nel proprio programma per <strong>due volte a settimana</strong> ed integrato dal proprio personal trainer con almeno una seduta per la parte <strong>superiore</strong> del corpo.</p>

<p>Sicuramente una base di verità in questo c’è!<br />
Le tossine accumulate durante i mesi invernali, poca esposizione al sole, all’aria aperta, non aiutano la pelle ad essere luminosa e caricano gli organi interni, li affaticano e ne peggiorano la funzionalità.</p>
<p>Per ripartire da zero e affrontare l’estate: ri-puliamoci!</p>
<p>Servirà allora eliminare ogni fonte di cibo solido e puntare soltanto a “beveroni” e bibite sostitutive?? Certo che no!!<br />
Anzi… facciamo molta attenzione!</p>
<p>Sicuramente aumentare l’introito di frutta e verdura favorisce l’introduzione di liquidi, oltre al fatto che dobbiamo comunque bere almeno <strong>2 litri d’acqua</strong> o altro liquido non zuccherato (infuso, tisana, thè deteinato) ogni giorno.<br />
Più cerchiamo di “attivare” il <strong>sistema linfatico</strong>, meglio elimineremo le tossine in eccesso. Inoltre abbondiamo con <strong>verdure</strong> ad effetto <strong>epatostimolante</strong> per riattivare le funzionalità del <strong>fegato</strong>, principale ghiandola deputata alla pulizia del nostro organismo.</p>
<p>Limitare l’uso di <strong>formaggi</strong> e latticini grassi che hanno forte potere acidificante e creano, oltrechè sovraccarico a livello digestivo, un forte rischio di aumentare la permeabilità intestinale in soggetti particolarmente sensibili: questo può causare una maggiore circolazione di sostanze di scarto dall’intestino al sangue con possibili reazioni di sensibilizzazione, anche a livello cutaneo.</p>
<p>Evitare grandi quantità di <strong>proteine</strong> <strong>animali</strong> ricche di grassi come carni rosse, affettati e carni conservate.<br />
Preferire carni bianche, pesce e legumi.<br />

<p>E prima di dormire… una <strong>calda tisana allo zenzero e limone</strong>, dolcificata con un cucchiaino di <strong>miele</strong> vergine.</p>
<p>Eliminare del tutto le proteine, pensare di dover bere soltanto centrifugati di verdura per giorni… sono purtroppo “<strong>tranelli</strong>” poco efficaci, che rischiano di far <strong>rallentare il metabolismo</strong>, di far scendere repentinamente la massa magra, di farci sentire la fame in modo esagerato, di non riattivare le funzionalità degli organi emuntori in modo “sano”.</p>
<p>Tanti liquidi, frutta e verdura a volontà, proteine magre e cereali integrali: ecco gli ingredienti per una dieta <strong>disintossicante</strong> efficace, senza escludere nulla per mantenere comunque un buon apporto di tutti i nutrienti e garantire un corretto apporto <strong>energetico</strong>.</p>

<p><strong>È fondamentale arricchire la nostra dieta con tanti liquidi</strong>: la disidratazione dovuta all’eccesso di zuccheri semplici e condimenti delle preparazioni, alla carenza di frutta fresca e alle bevande alcoliche che si consumano in quantità maggiore provoca gonfiore e maggior evidenza di inestetismi quali cellulite e pelle secca. Teniamo la bottiglia d’acqua sempre a portata di mano, variamo con tisane e infusi e perché no, acque aromatizzate alla frutta.</p>
<p><strong>Evitare di assumere zuccheri semplici e carboidrati raffinati</strong>: biscotti a colazione, pasta, pane e riso raffinati, bibite zuccherate, cioccolatini… limitiamo tutti questi alimenti, ne avremo a volontà durante il nostro cenone di fine anno!</p>

Ne sarà molto soddisfatto lo stomaco pur assumendo poche calorie!</p>
<p><strong>Pensiamo come aiutare i nostri organi emuntori</strong>: il fegato sarà un po’ in sovraccarico, beviamo tisane a base di piante detossificanti (cardo mariano e carciofo), aiutiamo l’intestino ad essere regolare attraverso l’assunzione di fermenti lattici e facilitiamo l’azione dei reni e la funzionalità delle vie urinarie con il mirtillo rosso.</p>
<p><strong>Evitiamo l’eccesso di latticini</strong>: lasciamo a riposo l’intestino già provato dagli sgarri del Natale ed evitiamo che si affatichi con la digestione della caseina e dei grassi saturi di formaggi e latte!</p>
<p><strong>Sfruttiamo le proteine di pesce e uova</strong>: sono facilmente digeribili e accostabili a verdure cotte e crude in abbondanza, ci aiuteranno a ripristinare le scorte proteiche, ad aumentare la massa magra e ad evitare l’accumulo di peso.</p>
