La risposta più gettonata è quasi sempre la stessa: “vorrei tonificare e definire gli addominali”.</p>
<p>Non è un caso che gli addominali rappresentino, probabilmente, il gruppo muscolare oggetto di maggiori richieste di allenamento nel mondo del fitness. Essi, infatti, se allenati nel modo corretto e con i giusti accorgimenti, che ti elencherò più avanti, rappresentano una garanzia sull’estetica e sulla corretta postura del corpo.</p>
<p>Gli addominali si suddividono in 4 fasce muscolari: il retto addominale, il muscolo trasverso ed i muscoli obliqui interni ed esterni. Ognuna di queste fasce muscolari è responsabile di alcuni movimenti del corpo, come la rotazione e la flessione del busto.<br />
Molto spesso, si pensa che per avere degli addominali belli e scolpiti sia doveroso allenarli ogni giorno e per ore intere. Purtroppo e per fortuna, l’allenamento non è di per sé il solo ingrediente necessario a definire la fascia addominale.</p>
<p>Per ottenere degli addominali invidiabili dovresti invece curare aspetti come:</p>
<p>&#8211; <strong>L’ALIMENTAZIONE</strong>: Dato che questa zona è soggetta al deposito di adipe, dovrai ridurre e controllare il consumo di zuccheri, alcol e bevande gassate</p>
<p>&#8211; <strong>IL RIPOSO</strong>: Considera gli addominali come dei veri e propri muscoli; Cerca di allenarli a giorni alterni per poter garantire la loro massima efficienza</p>
<p>&#8211; <strong>LA METODOLOGIA</strong>: Gli esercizi per allenare gli addominali sono davvero tanti, ma non per questo devi farli tutti nello stesso periodo. Parti dai più semplici e prova ad intensificare il lavoro ogni mese, in modo da garantire stimoli sempre nuovi.</p>
<p>&#8211; <strong>UNO O DUE ESERCIZI PER TIPO</strong>: È importante dedicare almeno uno o due esercizi per ogni fascia addominale; potresti partire da un semplice crunch ed abbinare una sessione dedicata al trasverso e agli obliqui (ad esempio: 3 x 15 crunch, 3 x 15 crunch inverso, 3 x 15 plank knee to chest,…)</p>
<p>&#8211; <strong>PAZIENZA E COSTANZA</strong>: I risultati veri e duraturi si ottengono con il tempo. Non scoraggiarti, sposa uno stile di vita sano e sii costante negli allenamenti e sul piano alimentare</p>
<p>&#8211; <strong>RICORDATI DEL CARDIO</strong>: Per bruciare più velocemente il grasso presente nella fascia addominale, sarà necessario dedicare almeno una ventina di minuti ad un’attività aerobica come ad esempio la corsa, i salti con la corda o la bici.</p>

<p>Lo squat può essere definito come una flesso-estensione verticale del corpo. Più semplicemente, per svolgere questo esercizio dovrai partire da una posizione eretta, con le gambe leggermente flesse e di larghezza pari a quella delle tue spalle. Stendi le braccia in avanti e, come se volessi sederti, porta indietro i fianchi e piega le ginocchia fino a raggiungere la loro massima flessione. Fatto questo torna alla posizione di partenza spingendoti verso l’alto con la parte centrale dei piedi. Esegui 15 squat per 3 volte riposandoti per circa 1 minuto tra una serie e l’altra.</p>

<p>“Push up” è il termine tecnico che definisce l’esercizio conosciuto come “flessione” o, più semplicemente, “piegamento sulle braccia”. A differenza dello squat (noto principalmente nell’ambito del body-building), il push up è un esercizio molto conosciuto e di semplice esecuzione. Dato che coinvolge non solo i muscoli delle braccia, ma anche e soprattutto quelli del petto e delle spalle, questo tipo di piegamenti vengono svolti in 2 diversi “livelli” di difficoltà. In particolar modo alle donne e a chi si approccia per le prime volte all’allenamento a corpo libero, viene consigliato una sorta di “push up semplificato”. Per fare questo esercizio dovrai partire a terra in posizione del quadrupede scaricando il peso del corpo solo sulle ginocchia e sulle braccia; da qui, mantenendo la schiena dritta, flettiti in avanti portando il bacino verso il basso, poi spingiti verso la direzione opposta, fino a riportarti alla posizione di partenza. Come hai fatto nello squat, esegui 12-15 flessioni per 3 volte recuperando 1 minuto dopo ogni serie. Quando questo tipo di esercizio ti sarà diventato troppo semplice, sarà il momento di passare al push up vero e proprio. In questo caso, il peso precedentemente sostenuto dalle ginocchia passerà alle punte dei piedi, andando ad incrementare il livello di sforzo e, quindi, di difficoltà.</p>

<p>Il plank (o ponte addominale) è uno degli esercizi migliori per rafforzare non solo la zona del core (fascia addominale), ma anche le spalle, la schiena e tutto il resto del corpo. Si tratta di un esercizio statico nel quale è necessario mantenere la stessa posizione per più tempo possibile. Per svolgere questo esercizio sdraiati a terra in posizione prona (a pancia in giù), fletti i gomiti a 90° e allinea il resto del corpo. Dato che tutto il tuo peso verrà sostenuto solamente dai gomiti e dalle punte dei piedi, ti sarà difficile rimanere in questa posizione per più di qualche decina di secondi ma, con costanza e pazienza raggiungerai presto degli ottimi risultati.</p>

<div class="flex_column av_three_fifth  flex_column_div av-zero-column-padding   " style='border-radius:0px; '><section class="av_textblock_section "  itemscope="itemscope" itemtype="https://schema.org/BlogPosting" itemprop="blogPost" ><div class='avia_textblock  '   itemprop="text" ><p>Nell&#8217;articolo precedente ho sottolineato l&#8217;importanza dell&#8217;allenamento dei muscoli del dorso, per il potenziamento atto alla prevenzione di problematiche legate a quest&#8217;ultimo.  Con questo nuovo articolo ci tengo dunque a completare il lavoro facendo qualche precisazione riguardante la stabilizzazione del tronco per alleviare dolori cronici localizzati in particolar modo nella zona lombare.</p>
<p>Quella che viene definita come fascia del “Core” è un insieme di gruppi muscolari (trasverso dell&#8217;addome, multifido, obliqui, retto dell&#8217;addome, muscolo della parte pelvica, ed erettori spinali, ecc…) i quali comprendono sia la zona che consideriamo “addome” sia la muscolatura situata nella regione lombare.</p>
<p>Le principali funzioni di questi muscoli sono:</p>
<p>&#8211; Stabilizzazione del torace e del bacino durante il movimento (e non)<br />
&#8211; Contenimento dei visceri<br />
&#8211; Favoriscono l&#8217;aumento di pressione intra-addominale per l&#8217;espulsione di sostanze</p>
<p>Oggi mi soffermerò sul primo punto facendovi ragionare sull&#8217;importanza del potenziamento di tali gruppi muscolari proprio per favorire la funzione a cui sono atti. Quotidianamente siamo soggetti alla forza di gravità, i muscoli del core si attivano durante il movimento e sono essenziali per il mantenimento della postura e della corretta posizione della colonna. È evidente l&#8217;importanza del lavoro su questi gruppi muscolari tramite l&#8217;utilizzo di movimenti statici che vadano a rinforzare la funzione primaria. Stabilizzando il tronco è possibile alleviare disturbi cronici localizzati principalmente nella zona lombare.</p>
<p>Ecco tre esercizi utili:</p>
<p>&#8211; Plank laterale: posizionandovi su un fianco con il gomito situato sotto la spalla, sollevate bacino e ginocchia scaricando il peso sul lato del piede in appoggio. Mantenete la posizione correttamente per quanto riuscite e ripetete anche sull’altro lato.</p>
<p>&#8211; Plank frontale: (questa variante un po&#8217; più complessa, per chi già esegue il plank) ponendo i gomiti più avanti rispetto alle spalle, cercate di mantenere una leggera retroversione del bacino (immaginate di avvicinare due punti localizzati uno nella parte alta dell&#8217;addome, l&#8217;altro verso il pube, con un movimento di chiusura)</p>
<p>&#8211; Hyperextension: ripropongo questo esercizio perché come già spiegato precedentemente il Core è composto anche dalla zona degli erettori spinali. Per svolgere questo esercizio è necessario l’utilizzo della panca Hyperextension.</p>
